This policy explains what information Hapton School collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the name, phone number, and email address you give us, along with any message you write. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to process an admission application, and — if you have subscribed — to send school updates. We do not use your details for any other purpose.
Who can see it
Only school staff who need it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except where the law requires us to.
Student photographs
Photographs of students appear on this website and on our social media accounts only where a parent or guardian has given written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the school office, and we will remove the images.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for two academic years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do through the link in any email.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the school office and we will respond within thirty days.
